How many hours of sleep should a school-aged child get?

The National Sleep Foundation recommends that school-age children 6 to 13 year old should get from 9 to 11 hours of sleep each night.

Stress is recognized as a major public health problem worldwide, which has asubstantial impact on individuals and society. Most of us have had days or weeks where everything seemed to be going wrong and trying to solve so many problems becomes most stressful.
